About the role
- Drive the development and execution of the overall TESI sales strategy
- Identify and pursue new market opportunities and accelerate revenue growth through both internal and external innovative sales approaches and partnerships
- Embed TESI into internal sales programs and ensure alignment with TELUS Premium sales opportunity (PSO) Methodology
- Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing sales team
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with new and existing clients, partners, and key stakeholders
- Lead the creation of comprehensive go-to-market strategies for strategic initiatives
- Develop, manage and support select marketing communications campaigns related to our environmental presence and sustainability solutions
Requirements
- 7+ years of progressive experience in sales, marketing, and business development roles
- A Master’s degree in Business or a related field
- Previous TELUS experience in sales and marketing
- Demonstrated success in strategy development, execution, and communication within a large enterprise setting
- Advanced knowledge of English is required because you will most of the time interact in English with external parties (clients, suppliers, candidates, external partners, etc.); interact in English with internal parties (colleagues, internal partners, stakeholders, etc.); and work with IT tools whose interface is only accessible in English as part of this position's main responsibilities given its international scope.
