About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Represent TELUS to internal and external audiences from a community investment perspective
Play a leadership role in the progression of TELUS’ corporate citizenship strategy and social purpose
Lead strategic giving including management of TELUS Community Board
Support and activate our regional funding strategy
Drive team engagement by managing the local execution of national initiatives
Support corporate led priorities including collaboration on philanthropic initiatives

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proficiency in both written and spoken English and French (non-negotiable)
A superior “customers first” business orientation
Demonstrated understanding of strategic corporate philanthropy, employee engagement and corporate volunteerism
Expert interpersonal and communication skills
Dynamic decision maker and problem solver
Strong project management skills
