About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design and implement immediate and long-term offer strategies and programs for TELUS and Koodo
- Demonstrating full end-to-end ownership of rate plan pricing, promotions, and overall offer portfolios
- Deep performance data and KPIs analysis to synthesize and build compelling narratives about our strategic direction, outcomes of tactical activities, and forward-looking planning to diverse audiences, including senior/executive leadership
- Drive complex initiatives to enhance and expand product marketing capabilities
- Build strategic responses to evolving competitive landscapes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch impactful offers, merchandising, and customer-facing positioning
- Evaluate results and partner with channels to refine offers and uncover new growth opportunities
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven track record in marketing, product management, or related fields, demonstrating success in managing multiple programs
- Exceptional storytelling skills, distilling complex concepts into clear, compelling narratives
- Ability to interpret data and trends into actionable insights
- Collaborative spirit, with experience partnering across functions to drive initiatives forward (such as marketing, sales, finance)
- Embraces a culture of continuous learning and improvement, with a proven ability to pivot based on new information
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline
- Nice-to-haves: MBA or advanced degree in Business, Marketing, Strategy, or related field; Experience with pricing strategy and revenue management in telecommunications or subscription services; Familiarity with digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and marketing automation systems used in omnichannel GTM execution; Knowledge of agile product development methodologies and experience applying them to marketing and GTM planning processes
