About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Drive world-class Customer Experience and Reliability by leading the modernization and optimization of Central Office buildings and networks.
- Establish oversight frameworks, tracking mechanisms, and decision gates that ensure programs stay aligned, on-track, and deliver expected business value.
- Coordinate end-to-end program schedules, align stakeholder priorities, and drive visibility into performance metrics and critical dependencies.
- Design and implement scalable cross-functional processes, activate regional entities, and provide mission-critical support for successful program execution.
- Manage tactical projects while building sustainable, long-term programs that scale nationally, drive customer growth, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Lead high-impact programs that drive strategic priorities across the Fibre (Falcon) program nationwide.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3-5 years experience with large-scale transformation/change management initiatives
- 3-5 years experience in a PMO or strategic roles supporting senior leaders
- Proven track record managing complex, multi-stakeholder programs with significant budgets
- Skilled in risk management, governance frameworks, and driving accountability across teams
- Ability to connect business objectives and program execution, anticipating challenges and identifying opportunities
- Understanding that transformation isn't just about process—it's about people, embedding change management principles into programs
- Leveraging data and insights to track program health, identify risks early, and make informed recommendations
- Thriving while juggling multiple priorities while keeping major initiatives on track
- Compelling communicator, translating complexity into clarity and inspiring action
