About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own the strategy and adoption of conversational intelligence and call coaching platforms across TELUS SMB
  • Lead the roadmap and governance for our telephony platforms
  • Define the strategy and vision for how we use call coaching and conversational intelligence
  • Partner with sales leadership to identify high-impact use cases and translate them into product requirements
  • Collaborate with data and analytics teams to design and implement an analytics framework connecting call insights to pipeline performance and revenue
  • Drive adoption and enablement by leading the development of training resources
  • Measure and report on impact by consistently tracking usage, ROI, and effects on key sales KPIs
  • Create and present business cases to secure funding and leadership alignment for your roadmap priorities

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years of product strategy, product management, or product operations experience
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with at least ONE telephony platform (NICE CX One, Ring Central, Genesys Cloud, Business Connect) OR ONE conversational intelligence platform (Gong, Salesforce Einstein, Genesys Cloud)
  • Direct experience working with sales teams
  • Understanding of AI and generative AI fundamentals
  • Proven track record of leading adoption and change management for enterprise tools
  • Strong strategic communication and influence skills
