About the role
- Serving as strategic advisor and trusted business partner

Requirements
- 7+ years of relevant post-call experience in private practice and/or in-house
- Member in good standing with a Canadian Law Society
- Proficient fluency in English and French (verbal and written)
- Experience in commercial real estate, network infrastructure, transactional work and/or managing external counsel across different jurisdictions
- Knowledge of civil law and common law, membership in the Quebec Bar and prior experience with telecommunications industry considered assets
- Successful track record of independently managing a high volume of competing priorities, collaborating across teams and delivering on commitments in a fast-paced, complex environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to tell the story to technical and non-technical audience at all levels
- Proven ability to connect with, relate to and build trust with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders, including senior executives
