About the role

  • Act as a Trusted Advisor and Partner, offering expert advice on talent strategies across APAC
  • Source exceptional mental health candidates (psychologists, counsellors, therapists) for TELUS Health's mental health portfolio
  • Drive seamless selection processes and provide market insights
  • Ensure exceptional hiring experience for leaders and candidates
  • Promote and cultivate TELUS Health culture internally and externally
  • Educate and influence client groups to adhere to Talent Acquisition guidelines and processes
  • Navigate ambiguity and change, supporting business in building talent solutions
  • Master analytics to drive informed hiring decisions, compliance, and continuous improvement

Requirements

  • 5+ years of recruitment in large corporate environments and ideally supporting health related portfolios
  • Possess a Bachelor's degree or an equivalent blend of education and experience
  • Experience in recruiting across the APAC region considered a valuable asset
  • Stakeholder influence and ability to engage and influence stakeholders
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills
  • Strong collaboration and negotiation skills
  • Ability to source exceptional candidates and drive seamless selection processes
  • Ability to provide market insights and harness data to drive decisions
  • Requirement: anyone joining TELUS Health Care Centres must be fully vaccinated for COVID-19
