Senior Product Manager – Partner Management

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Build and sustain a high-performing partner ecosystem
- Evaluate new partners and develop enablement strategies
- Lead quarterly business reviews with key partners to drive alignment
- Lead large cross-functional teams to deliver partner-related initiatives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key partner stakeholders
- Own device enrollment management and Samsung Knox portfolio oversight
Requirements
What you’ll need- 7+ years of experience managing partner relationships and rolling out large-scale partner programs and initiatives in a B2B environment
- Advanced knowledge of English is required
- Strong understanding of commercial agreements, business dynamics, and the Canadian telecom and IT managed services landscape
- Ability to foster strong, collaborative relationships with cross-functional teams
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to bridge the gap between partner needs and internal product/operational capabilities
