About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Partner with Product, Marketing, and Logistics stakeholders to deeply understand business challenges, strategic priorities, and decision-making needs through discovery workshops and ongoing engagement
Take ownership of business challenges by scoping solutions, engaging stakeholders for input, and defining implementation roadmaps
Build and maintain dashboards and data views by aggregating data from multiple systems and translating it into insights that inform strategy
Lead process improvement initiatives by identifying bottlenecks, recommending AI-assisted automation solutions, and developing implementation playbooks
Generate strategic business cases and ROI analyses for new initiatives, connecting data insights to business outcomes and executive strategy
Mentor junior analysts while building a portfolio of high-impact projects
Serve as a bridge between business and technical teams, translating requirements into solutions and ensuring alignment across stakeholders

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Engineering, Economics, or related field
3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with demonstrated impact in data analysis, dashboarding, and process improvement
Advanced proficiency with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar)
Expert-level SQL and data querying skills
Experience with Google Sheets and/or Google Apps Script OR equivalent automation/scripting platforms
Strong project management capabilities with proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives
Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills
Demonstrated experience with process improvement and automation initiatives
