About the role

  • Lead integration of TELUS People & Culture practices into newly acquired companies using strategic business analysis and project management
  • Plan, socialize, implement, measure, adopt and iterate People & Culture programs in acquired organizations
  • Manage budgets including forecasting, triaging, variance analysis and stakeholder reporting
  • Analyze acquired company practices, compare to TELUS practices, and design alignment plans without disrupting operations
  • Design and document processes and implement change management to drive adoption
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across TELUS and acquired companies to execute integration plans
  • Simplify complex information and communicate recommendations to stakeholders

Requirements

  • Above average skills in data analysis, data manipulation and bringing forward recommendations
  • Proven experience in budget management, forecasting, variance analysis, and reporting
  • 5+ years of hands-on project management experience
  • Demonstrated skills in process design, documentation and change management implementation
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Proactive, self-motivated with strong personal accountability
  • Stakeholder relationship management and ability to partner across organizations
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguous environments; adaptability and resilience
  • Bachelor’s degree or advanced degree in relevant field
  • Nice to have: Background in transformation initiatives
  • Nice to have: Project management certification
  • Nice to have: French / English bilingualism; advanced knowledge of English is required
