About the role
- Accept or decline referrals within contractual parameters
- Conduct EAP counseling services via in-person, phone, or video sessions
- Enter clinical notes into database, bill, and update provider profile in provider hub
- Notify TELUS Health immediately of any complaints, citations, or investigations that could result in suspension or sanction
- Act professionally with clients and TELUS Health team
- Comply with TELUS Health's policies, procedures, and contract terms
Requirements
- Must be clinically licensed and able to practice without supervision
- Must have 3 or more years of post-graduate counseling experience
- Must have Professional Liability Insurance with a minimum of $1,000,000 per claim and $3,000,000 per aggregate
- Notify TELUS Health immediately of any complaints, citations, or investigations that could affect license/credentials
- Act in a professional manner with clients and the TELUS Health team
- Comply with all TELUS Health policies, procedures, and guidelines as outlined in the manual and contract
