About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Identify, debug, and resolve critical system issues in our proprietary benefits platform.
Review logs, interpret system behavior, and deliver timely solutions that keep client operations running.
Configure platform to meet client requirements for new plan offerings, annual enrollment changes, and system enhancements.
Produce clear configuration designs and realistic project estimates.
Set high standards for your work, ensure deliverables are accurate and complete, and maintain effective work habits including quality, punctuality, and responsiveness.
Analyze client business requirements, evaluate technical feasibility, and document solutions clearly so others can understand your decisions and approach.
Work effectively as a member of the Implementation Team, supporting multiple clients, and promoting a collaborative work environment.

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of IT or system configuration/implementation experience
Hands-on experience implementing and configuring enterprise systems
Write queries, interpret data, debug processing issues, understand SQL Server concepts
Experience in SQL is mandatory; bonus if you have working knowledge in MS SQL Server Management Studio
Understand object-oriented programming concepts and can read/interpret technical code (Java, C#, Python, etc.)
Worked with configuration tools or have experience designing solutions in object-oriented environments
Explain complex technical issues clearly, troubleshoot systematically, and collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Reliable, adaptable, and take initiative.
Nice-to-Have: H&W Benefits or Payroll industry experience, ASP.NET or web application development background
