Senior Product Manager – Small-Medium Business (SMB) Team
TELUSSenior Product Manager for TELUS responsible for designing programs for product retention in SMB sector. Collaborating with sales and data teams to enhance marketing and sales performance.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Designing and executing strategic programs that drive product intensity and multi-product customer retention within our SMB customer base
- Collaborating with sales teams
- Creating data-informed programs based on predictive models
- Conducting regular performance reviews and deriving actionable insights
- Simplifying complex data results into presentations for various organizational levels
- Executing highly cross-functional projects with marketing and sales partners
- Improving conversion and impacting business wireless targets
- Shaping and adjusting customer value propositions
- Collaborating with multiple stakeholders to develop integrated strategies
- Garnering buy-in from all levels of the organization
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of experience in product/program management, marketing operations, digital transformation, or business strategy roles
- Strong data analysis capability
- Exceptional stakeholder management
- Persuasive communication skills
- Comfort with ambiguity
- Results orientation
- Project prioritization and agility
- 5+ years of experience managing complex, cross-functional programs (telecom industry experience is a major plus)
