About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Act as a business developer to generate new sales opportunities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales plan and strategy
- Actively participate in client pursuits, RFP submissions, and finalist presentations
- Identify staffing and tools needed to support your sales plan
- Meet accountable, measurable sales targets established jointly with management
Requirements
What you’ll need- 7+ years of progressive commercial sales experience
- Strong understanding of employer retirement and benefits program delivery
- Proven ability to build and nurture trusted advisor relationships
- Project management expertise and ownership mindset
- Outstanding interpersonal skills
- Willingness and ability to travel within Canada an estimated 4–6 times per year
