About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design and develop a product portfolio strategy to focus on product profitability and value chain improvements from a customer and team member journey
Manage product roadmaps and collaborate with enabling teams for effective lifecycle management, including product introduction, optimization, and retirement
Own the strategy and execution of business initiatives, working with stakeholders to identify opportunities that optimize processes and deliver exceptional customer experiences
Foster strong work relationships with internal and external partners across TELUS, as well as external vendor partners
Serve as the SME for our business security products
Drive engagement and improve experience for current and new customers
Communicate and influence effectively at all layers of the organization in support of driving quality decisions
Prepare and deliver powerful presentations for all layers of the organization including executives
Represent the team on cross-functional strategic programs requiring product influence and input
Managing and executing product strategies by supporting projects that involve operational process development

Requirements
