About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own and support the development roadmap for the salesforce instance
Organize and manage development sprints to deliver key features to advance the business
Report on development progress/sprint outcomes to our business stakeholders
Support requirements definition for more complex initiatives
Support BAU case delivery
Solve complex challenges with a team of passionate business owners, rolling up your sleeves to develop and execute creative solutions
Define tangible product roadmap; actively own and be responsible for the product backlog and prioritize based on feedback and value
Manage and prioritize a backlog of user stories
Drive customer value and help reduce customer and sales rep effort
Regularly refine and adjust your backlogs to reflect accurate scope, effort and priority as it becomes available from stakeholders
Assist with QA and functional testing of requirements
Aid in the preparation and delivery of platform demonstrations, and effectively handle technical questions from stakeholders
