Customer Support

• Deal directly with customers to provide product support ranging from functionality enquiries, training scenarios and software licensing.
• Provide multi-channel support and advice to resolve customer queries via phone, email and chat.
• Investigate and troubleshoot issues across a variety of software products.
• Set up screen share sessions in order to troubleshoot more complex issues.
• Log all interactions on in house CRM system.
• Gain detailed knowledge of our products, brand and customer base.
• Proactively maintain a high degree of expertise across our products and the agricultural industry.
• Communicate effectively with colleagues and customers across the business.
• Proactively create additional learning resources to allow customers to self-serve.
• Collaborate with the wider team on additional project work as opportunities arise.
• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customers feel happy and satisfied.
