Senior Program Manager, Strategic Operations

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- You will lead intake management and ticket arbitration for the business
- You will lead the strategic planning and roadmaps for Insights Packages and Packets
- You will support our third-party data vendor partnerships
- You will support high-level ELT (Executive Leadership Team) asks and special projects
- You will provide critical support to our team's Consumer Insight Governance portfolio
Requirements
What you’ll need- 8+ years of demonstrated experience managing stakeholder relations
- 4+ years of experience with strategic program design or a like field
- 5+ years of experience working with technical, privacy, security teams in a cross functional fashion
- 2+ years of experience managing vendor relationships, contracts and/or negotiations
- Business Acumen: You bring specialized knowledge or past experience supporting meaningful business initiatives
- Proactive, mission oriented, self driven, and excited to steer programs from ideation to execution and beyond
- Experience with AI programs is strongly preferred
- Project Management Certification is preferred
- Experience in Telecommunications is an asset but not required
