About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Responsible for representing TELUS Health clients before CNESST bodies.
  • Represent TELUS Health clients before the Administrative Labour Tribunal (Tribunal administratif du travail - TAT).
  • Conduct case law research.
  • Work closely with internal Occupational Health and Safety advisors.
  • Occasionally participate in CNESST mediation sessions.
  • Draft articles for internal and external audiences.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Hold a Bachelor's degree and a law degree.
  • Be a member of the bar with at least 3 years of standing.
  • Have more than 3 years of experience in occupational health and safety and/or administrative law and/or labour/employment law.
  • Demonstrated experience representing clients at the Administrative Labour Tribunal (TAT) (hearings).
  • Have daily access to a vehicle and hold a valid driver's license.
  • Possess computer skills; knowledge of SharePoint, Microsoft Teams and Office 365 is an asset.
