About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Responsible for representing TELUS Health clients before CNESST bodies.
- Represent TELUS Health clients before the Administrative Labour Tribunal (Tribunal administratif du travail - TAT).
- Conduct case law research.
- Work closely with internal Occupational Health and Safety advisors.
- Occasionally participate in CNESST mediation sessions.
- Draft articles for internal and external audiences.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Hold a Bachelor's degree and a law degree.
- Be a member of the bar with at least 3 years of standing.
- Have more than 3 years of experience in occupational health and safety and/or administrative law and/or labour/employment law.
- Demonstrated experience representing clients at the Administrative Labour Tribunal (TAT) (hearings).
- Have daily access to a vehicle and hold a valid driver's license.
- Possess computer skills; knowledge of SharePoint, Microsoft Teams and Office 365 is an asset.
