About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Responsible for representing TELUS Health clients before CNESST bodies.
Represent TELUS Health clients before the Administrative Labour Tribunal (Tribunal administratif du travail - TAT).
Conduct case law research.
Work closely with internal Occupational Health and Safety advisors.
Occasionally participate in CNESST mediation sessions.
Draft articles for internal and external audiences.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Hold a Bachelor's degree and a law degree.
Be a member of the bar with at least 3 years of standing.
Have more than 3 years of experience in occupational health and safety and/or administrative law and/or labour/employment law.
Demonstrated experience representing clients at the Administrative Labour Tribunal (TAT) (hearings).
Have daily access to a vehicle and hold a valid driver's license.
Possess computer skills; knowledge of SharePoint, Microsoft Teams and Office 365 is an asset.
