Senior Strategy Manager – Employer Health

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Navigate the 'big picture' of global expansion while managing the intricate details of market entry and partner ecosystems
- Conduct rigorous global market scans and 'Build vs. Partner' analyses to prioritize geographic entry
- Lead the end-to-end process of assessing, selecting, and signing partners in each new market
- Support the definition of commercial terms and coordinate with technical teams to ensure seamless partner integration
- Create high-impact, data-driven business cases and C-suite presentations that clearly map growth and ROI
- Provide leadership support to ensure deliverables are completed on time and roll up your sleeves to find solutions for the most pressing challenges facing our senior leaders
Requirements
What you’ll need- 7+ years of experience in Product Management or Product Strategy
- Deep domain expertise in digital health, industry trends, and emerging health and wellness technologies
- A proven track record of understanding and navigating global health and wellbeing ecosystems
- The ability to blend financial acumen with technical understanding to build a cohesive growth strategy
- Nice to have: Understanding of virtual care and telemedicine in a B2B space.
