About the role
- Serve as the accountable manager for the seamless handoff from network build to Go-To-Market activation, ensuring readiness across processes, community sentiment, and timing in every TELUS fibre build market.
- Define, maintain, and enforce clear market readiness criteria — including build completion milestones, permitting status, messaging, and brand alignment — required to trigger GTM activation across Western and Eastern markets.
- Serve as the primary interlock between Construction, Network, Supply Ops, and GTM regional teams.
- Convert real-time build milestones into targeted, market-ready activation briefs for each community.
- Lead planning and sequencing for Eastern Canada's next communities and RFE (Ready for Engagement) timing.
- Develop and govern consistent branding, messaging, and scripting for TELUS's fibre co-investment entities in Eastern markets.
- Anticipate and address risks across construction delays, community issues, competitive response, and customer experience gaps before they impact brand reputation or revenue.
- Support regular governance reporting, ELT updates, and program performance reviews.
