- Lead a team of 10 dynamic outbound cold calling Account Specialists.
- Oversee a high performing team responsible for generating new business opportunities and drive sales.
- Showcase your team’s performance through tracking of key performance metrics, and using this information for recognition, forecasting and business planning.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to fully support the needs of your team, supporting a collaborative team culture.

- Outstanding communication skills to clearly articulate the vision, goals and act as an enabler for feedback
