Requirements
What you’ll need- Sales leadership experience is an asset, and we are made up of many diverse career backgrounds
- Outstanding communication skills to clearly articulate the vision, goals and act as an enabler for feedback
- A business ownership mindset, honing your entrepreneurial skills leading your team to success
- Grow the team by identifying talent needs and actively recruiting sales professionals who embody our hunter mentality
- Responsibility to support, coach and develop a high performing sales team capable of exceeding sales goals and financial targets
