Key responsibilities & impact

Guide the end-to-end development of high-value, complex proposal responses
Lead cross-functional teams to analyze procurement requirements, decode scoring rubrics, and deliver submissions
Act as the primary bridge between Sales, Engineering, Product, Legal, and Finance
Build strong, trust-based networks across the organization to facilitate rapid information gathering
Provide a layer of analytical oversight by comparing current pursuit strategies against past performance
Serve as the central authority during the evaluation process, addressing customer needs and gaps in solutions
Accountable for developmental and structural editing to ensure a cohesive document
Proactively identify and implement enhancements to the proposal management toolkit

Requirements

What you’ll need

8–10 years of progressive experience in proposal development, professional writing, and strategic project management
Superior professional writing, editing, and verbal communication skills; ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority
Strong understanding of the Public Sector procurement landscape (tendering law) and Enterprise business cycles
Expert knowledge of Loopio, Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides), and the MS Office Suite
Expert at managing major publications and diverse pursuit teams under demanding, fixed deadlines
Bilingual proficiency (English/French) is highly desirable
