About the role
- Guide the end-to-end development of high-value, complex proposal responses
- Lead cross-functional teams to analyze procurement requirements, decode scoring rubrics, and deliver submissions
- Act as the primary bridge between Sales, Engineering, Product, Legal, and Finance
- Build strong, trust-based networks across the organization to facilitate rapid information gathering
- Provide a layer of analytical oversight by comparing current pursuit strategies against past performance
- Serve as the central authority during the evaluation process, addressing customer needs and gaps in solutions
- Accountable for developmental and structural editing to ensure a cohesive document
- Proactively identify and implement enhancements to the proposal management toolkit
Requirements
- 8–10 years of progressive experience in proposal development, professional writing, and strategic project management
- Superior professional writing, editing, and verbal communication skills; ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority
- Strong understanding of the Public Sector procurement landscape (tendering law) and Enterprise business cycles
- Expert knowledge of Loopio, Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides), and the MS Office Suite
- Expert at managing major publications and diverse pursuit teams under demanding, fixed deadlines
- Bilingual proficiency (English/French) is highly desirable
