  • Conduct research to ground value propositions in customer needs
  • Build a unified 'TELUS Entertainment' narrative with peers
  • Ensure product solutions are easy to sell
  • Influence next generation of flexible entertainment packaging
  • Aid in designing exceptional customer decision journeys
  • Provide recommendations on pricing structures
  • Lead integrated long-term and quarterly planning cycles
  • Ensure effective introduction and integration of new products

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing strategy, product marketing, or commercial strategy, ideally within the telecommunications or entertainment sectors
  • Strategic Storytelling: able to translate complex product features into compelling value propositions
  • Commercial Acumen: deep understanding of market positioning and financial trade-offs
  • Collaborative Influence: comfortable challenging the status quo and building consensus between teams
  • Leadership & Communication Skills: ability to present strategies to cross-functional stakeholders
  • Data-Driven Mindset: comfortable translating sales data and customer research into actionable strategies
