About the role

  • Define talent profiles and role expectations: Partner with field leadership to identify the "who" and "what" of our frontline roles; clearly articulate competencies, expectations, and success profiles to guide recruitment and onboarding
  • Act as field liaison for Talent Acquisition: Serve as the bridge between our TA team and TRL leadership; translate field needs into recruitment strategies, provide ongoing feedback on candidate quality and hiring effectiveness, and ensure field input shapes our talent acquisition approach
  • Build retention and engagement programs: Leverage data and field feedback to design programs that enhance team member experience, drive engagement, and reduce turnover; own the TRL engagement strategy and ensure it reflects what our teams need to thrive
  • Leverage data and insights to drive recruitment and retention strategy: Analyze recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, quality-of-hire, funnel strength), engagement surveys, retention data, performance metrics, and field feedback to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities; evolve our reporting capabilities to establish metrics that matter; translate insights into actionable program recommendations and provide regular strategic insights to leadership that drive recruitment, retention, and engagement decision-making
  • Manage program execution: Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and deliverables; coordinate across teams to ensure smooth implementation, adoption, and reinforcement of talent and engagement initiatives
  • Champion frontline advocacy: Serve as a strong voice representing TRL team interests and needs; ensure field perspectives are embedded in all talent acquisition and retention strategies
