Requirements

Proven, hands-on experience with BI tools such as Looker, Tableau, or similar solutions
Solid understanding of LookML fundamentals, best practices, data modeling, and design
Highly data literate, comfortable with SQL, and capable of validating data accuracy and troubleshooting source system logic
An impressive track record of recruiting, coaching, mentoring, and successfully leading diverse, high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrated experience implementing data governance practices and ensuring data quality, security, and ethical use across the platform
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Analytics, Data Science, or equivalent
