About the role
- Drive our SMB wireline ordering roadmap forward.
- Own the system delivery of a simplified wireline ordering experience for all sales reps selling SMB wireline products across all sales channels.
- Ensure we leverage the technology, advance system capabilities while driving the strategy to remove ordering experience friction and bringing closure to issues impacting it.
- Develop talents in structured problem solving, project and product management, cross functional teamwork and powerful communications.
Requirements
- Business or technical educational background (e.g. IT, engineering)
- 5+ years of progressive and relevant work experience in product management or project management
- Managing vendor relationships
- Prior experience in telecommunications
- B2B experience - particularly in the small and/or medium business segments.
