About the role
- Own the executive-level client relationship and strategic business planning
- Manage a portfolio of 40 to 50 accounts and oversee the entire sales cycle
- Apply diverse strategies to inform client decisions and shape relationships
- Champion PSO methodologies and consistently exceed PSO KPIs in Quantity, Quality, Velocity, and Balance
- Develop strategic account plans based on understanding of clients' operations and financial health
- Communicate risks, impacts, and mitigation plans to stakeholders and senior management
- Partner with broader account team to create value propositions aligned to client needs
- Demonstrate thought leadership by developing innovative approaches and managing prospect inquiries
- Maintain expertise in client industries and market trends
- Manage potential leads and prepare professional proposals targeted to key decision makers
Requirements
- Minimum of 3+ years' experience in a sales environment
- Intermediate knowledge of English (regular interaction in English with external and internal parties)
- Spoken and written proficiency in French is mandatory
- Deep ICT and business expertise with strong relationships across TELUS, clients, and industry partners
- Expert in TELUS solutions and competitive advantages, with deep understanding of client business needs
- Demonstrates business acumen, critical thinking, customer focus, grit, and collaborative teamwork
- Skilled in managing expectations, resolving issues proactively, and articulating business ROI
