Providing single-session counseling, crisis intervention, and real-time support via phone and chat in a compassionate, ethical, and professional manner while maintaining strict client confidentiality
Conducting assessments to determine client needs and suitability for short-term counseling or referral
Managing high-risk situations, including suicide, self-harm, child welfare, and substance use concerns
Collaborating with participants to develop clear treatment or safety plans
Connecting participants with appropriate internal or external resources as part of a holistic care approach
Maintaining accurate and concise clinical documentation in our case management system
Adapting with professionalism and sound judgment in dynamic or ambiguous situations
Requirements
Hold a Master’s degree in Social Work, Clinical Counseling, Clinical Psychology, or a related field
Demonstrate skill in risk assessment, sound clinical judgment, and trauma-informed care
Be comfortable leveraging technology and tools to enhance client care, therapeutic approaches, and documentation
Maintain clinical composure and a solution-focused approach in high-stress or demanding situations
Show initiative, self-motivation, and strong judgment under pressure
Adapt and think creatively to support individuals in evolving and dynamic situations
Communicate with empathy and professionalism to build trust and effectively meet client needs
Exercise sound clinical judgment and proactive decision-making, taking initiative while upholding professional and ethical standards
Hold (or be eligible for) licensure in their state — preferred but not required
Bilingualism (Spanish/English) is considered a strong asset
Have flexibility to work straight overnight shifts including weekends, and holidays as part of our 24/7 operations
