Requirements
- 3 to 5+ years of experience building, mentoring, and developing high-performing, engaged marketing teams

- Highly data-driven: able to analyze performance data to surface insights
- Solid understanding of business fundamentals, e-commerce, and user experience/interface principles
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively with internal teams
