About the role
- You will detail business requirement statements for critical systems
- You will facilitate workshops for executives
- You will align roadmaps to capabilities
- You will support launches into new markets
- Lead strategic initiatives measured by project outcomes
- Resolve complex business problems with concrete action plans
- Collaborate and partner with product, marketing, CIO and operations teams
- Develop business requirements, design sustainable solutions and implement strategic projects and system improvements
- Support leadership decision-making with data, insights and a clear narrative that links performance to impact
- Influence our growth by identifying opportunities to improve execution, strengthen the customer experience and accelerate delivery across builds in communities and customer initiatives
- Promote collaboration and connection
Requirements
- 7 to 10 years of relevant professional experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a business consulting role
- Experience in telecommunications – deep understanding of the industry
- Bilingual (English/French)

- University degree in business, communications, project management or a related field
