About the role

  • Territory development and opportunity generation
  • Support account directors with sales across the province of Quebec
  • Prioritize activities based on opportunity potential and account directors’ needs
  • Maintain awareness of Quebec market dynamics and customer trends
  • Build relationships with the Quebec account directors team
  • Act as the technical expert on network solutions for the enterprise and public-sector account directors in Quebec
  • Provide technical guidance on SD‑WAN solutions (Meraki, Fortinet, VeloCloud), managed LAN/WiFi and security solutions
  • Help account directors understand clients’ technical requirements
  • Work jointly with account directors on network solution capabilities, competitive positioning and technical challenges
  • Translate complex technical requirements into solution recommendations
  • Collaborate with clients’ IT teams and technical stakeholders during the discovery phase
  • Participate in client presentations and contribute technical expertise

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in B2B technology sales, preferably in networking, telecommunications or managed services
  • Proven experience in a sales support, specialist or technical sales role
  • Professional track record demonstrating effective collaboration with account directors or sales teams
  • Experience identifying and qualifying technical opportunities
  • Familiarity with enterprise and/or public-sector sales environments
  • Bilingual (French/English)
  • Advanced proficiency in English is required
