About the role
- Own 1-to-1 campaign marketing execution (e.g., email & MMS) for TELUS Business prospecting, brand and large scale program deselection campaigns
- Collaborate with product and strategy teams, sales, and other internal and external stakeholders
- Forecast inbound lead volumes with sales and strategy stakeholders and prepare them for campaigns
- Compile and analyze campaign results, providing recommendations to improve performance
- Create an A/B testing plan for your portfolio
- Present campaign results to leadership using insights from reporting data
- Uphold the brand and act as a brand ambassador
Requirements
- Previous Marketing experience on the agency and/or client side, and experience supporting 1-to-1 market campaigns
- Strong attention to detail and project management skills; able to juggle multiple tasks and initiatives simultaneously
- Creative with a good eye for compelling marketing copy
- Natural collaborator; able to work with cross-functional teams
- Ability to zoom out to see the big picture and zoom in to ensure every detail is correct
- Comfortable with ambiguity and able to pivot quickly
- Thrive in a fast paced and rapidly changing environment; entrepreneurial and self-starter characteristics
- Great-to-haves: University degree or college certification in marketing or similar specialization
- Great-to-haves: Knowledge of Canadian anti-spam legislation
- English / French Bilingual
