• Manage administrative and case management issues as well as data processing activities on a daily basis
• Apply strong knowledge of the Health and Welfare Benefit domain, rules and regulations
• Manage individual participant requests as well as plan level data processing and analysis
• Communicate with clients for participant inquiries requiring additional information
• Participate in client specific and TELUS Health wide project work

Requirements

3-5 years in Benefit Administration, business analysis, or Operations roles with healthcare/group benefits knowledge
Advanced Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, Macros)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Bachelor's degree
Professional certifications in HR, benefits, or related fields (CEBS) is a plus
SQL, MS Access, and/or VBA experience is preferred
