About the role
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of robust telecom ETL pipelines and cloud-native data mesh architecture using GCP
- Ingest, transform, and unify diverse data sources
- Apply advanced programming expertise in Python, MySQL, and SQL to develop scalable, maintainable data solutions
- Collaborate cross-functionally to identify core network data opportunities
- Champion data governance, quality, and security best practices throughout pipeline development
- Leverage automation and CI/CD pipelines to ensure efficient development cycles
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in data engineering or software development
- Proven expertise in telecom ETL processes (KPIs, network logs, data mapping, transformation)
- Hands-on experience working with Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
- Experience implementing and scaling data mesh/data fabric architectures in cloud environments
- Advanced SQL and data modeling skills for analytics, reporting, and machine learning enablement
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, telecom, or equivalent
