About the role
- Represent TELUS as a key point of contact in your community and region
- Build a strong sales and customer-solutions culture within your team to meet revenue targets
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with local government, municipal leaders, and community stakeholders
- Lead, coach, and develop a diverse, high-performing team that delivers exceptional customer service
- Drive local market growth, reduce churn, and increase TELUS brand awareness
- Collaborate to meet both customer and business expectations

Requirements
- Proven experience as a performance-driven team leader focused on coaching and development
- Strong presence in your community, with the ability to build trust and influence
- A strong sales orientation, with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets for yourself and your team
- Bias for action – you take ownership of challenges and opportunities, driving initiatives from concept to completion with relentless follow-through
- Strong interpersonal communication and strategic decision-making skills that inspire teams and deliver results
- Ability to manage competing priorities while keeping your team aligned and focused
- Experience leading change and promoting innovation
- Strong business acumen and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset
- Comfortable communicating in both English and French
- Valid, unrestricted Class 5 driver’s license (or provincial equivalent)
- Willingness to travel within your assigned region as needed
