About the role

  • Own end-to-end execution of integrated campaigns across email, LinkedIn, paid social, and web
  • Partner with Sales to deploy account-based campaign tactics across top-tier opportunities
  • Lead demand generation tactics with a strong focus on pipeline acceleration
  • Partner with Product Marketing and Brand Experience to ensure campaigns reinforce the RBS brand story
  • Partner with Sales Operations to define and continuously refine lead scoring models, routing logic, and lifecycle stages
  • Manage and evolve a centralized campaign calendar
  • Develop and optimize nurture strategies tailored to brokers, TPEs, and clients
  • Oversee SEO strategy to improve organic visibility for key RBS terms

Requirements

  • 7 + years of experience in B2B marketing with a focus on demand generation, campaign execution, and pipeline acceleration
  • Proven ability to manage both broad-based campaigns and account-based marketing (ABM) programs
  • Strong understanding of brand positioning and ability to apply brand strategy within campaigns
  • Proficiency in HubSpot (automation, journey building, segmentation) and Salesforce (attribution, lead management, reporting)
  • Strong experience in campaign operations, including UTM tracking, A/B testing, and optimizing multichannel workflows
  • Hands-on expertise in LinkedIn Campaign Manager and other paid media platforms
  • Familiarity with ABM and intent platforms (e.g., 6sense, Demandbase , Bombora)
  • Strategic mindset combined with tactical execution skills
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Sales, Sales Ops, and Brand
