About the role
- Strategize, orchestrate, and execute on initiatives to improve TELUS Secure Business product profitability
- Manage product roadmaps and collaborate with enabling teams for effective lifecycle management
- Foster strong work relationships with internal and external partners across TELUS
- Drive engagement and improve experience for current and new customers
- Represent the team on cross-functional strategic programs requiring product influence and input
Requirements
- Strategic-minded individual with the ability to see the big picture
- Ability to own the strategy and execution of business initiatives
- Ability to develop product portfolio strategy to focus on product profitability and value chain improvements
- Collaborative attitude with strong relationship-building skills
- Must possess a bias for action and a firm sense of accountability
- Bilingual (French speaking) is an asset
- MBA or equivalent experience preferred
- Passionate about community involvement, diversity and inclusion
- Knowledge of physical security, including video monitoring and intrusion detection
