- Architecting Canada's Connected Future as our Manager of Technology Strategy for Fibre Deployment.
- Leading a world-class team dedicated to building our next-generation fibre network.
- Developing and executing the long-term strategic vision for our fibre build.
- Commanding the end-to-end delivery of our deployment portfolio—from initiation and planning to execution and closing.
- Establishing and managing the critical KPIs and scorecards that define success.
- Recruiting, mentoring, and developing a diverse, high-performing team of deployment experts.
- Spearheading the continuous improvement of our outside-plant construction methodologies.
- Building and cultivating powerful relationships with internal teams and external suppliers.
- Ensuring every meter of fibre we deploy is built to last and ready to meet the future demands of our customers.
Requirements

- Deep Telecom Acumen: You possess a solid understanding of telecommunication networks, including engineering principles, construction processes, and related technologies.
- Data-Driven Performance Management: You are proficient in developing, maintaining, and managing insightful scorecards and performance measurement systems.
- Advanced professional proficiency in English is essential for success in this national role.
- Preferred: Bilingualism (English and French) is a strong asset and highly valued.
