About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Triage issues, perform root cause analysis, and lead war rooms for critical outages
  • Deploy applications using Kubernetes, Helm charts, and service mesh
  • Implement end-to-end observability with Datadog/Splunk
  • Maintain hardened AWS base AMIs to minimize CVEs
  • Participate in shift rotations, provide L2/L3 support

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3+ years hands-on experience with AWS services and Kubernetes administration
  • Proficiency with Datadog, Splunk, CloudWatch, or Grafana
  • Proven experience with ITIL/ITSM processes
  • Knowledge of AWS security best practices
  • Experience with Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI
  • Solid understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, load balancers, VPC networking
  • Preferred: Scripting & Automation skills in Python, Bash, or Go
