About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders and senior management
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, resource allocation, and budgets
- Manage day-to-day project activities, monitor progress, and adjust plans as necessary
- Lead and motivate project teams, providing guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle
- Facilitate regular project meetings and communication among team members and stakeholders
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues
- Track project milestones and deliverables, preparing and presenting regular status reports
- Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget
- Manage changes to project scope and schedule using appropriate verification techniques
- Foster a collaborative and positive team environment
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field
- Proven experience as a Project Manager or similar role
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Trello)
- Ability to solve problems and remain calm under pressure
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is preferred
