Requirements

What you’ll need

5-10 years of experience in management consulting, digital/product strategy, or a pre-sales/solutions engineering role
Proficient in modern contact center ecosystems
Strong understanding of AI technologies
Ability to translate technical AI concepts into business strategies
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
