Requirements

What you’ll need

8-12 years of progressive experience in intercompany accounting, transfer pricing, or global accounting operations
Deep knowledge of transfer pricing methodologies, regulations, and compliance requirements
Strong understanding of intercompany accounting principles and consolidation procedures
Expert-level proficiency in SAP and advanced Excel skills
Familiarity with consolidation tools (Hyperion, OneStream, or similar)
Comprehensive understanding of transfer pricing regulations and tax compliance requirements
Demonstrated expertise in managing multi-currency transactions
Proven ability to build, develop, and lead high-performing accounting teams
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills; ability to communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences
Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities
Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages is beneficial
