  • Serve as the primary technical liaison and support escalation point for QA and testing teams operating in pre-production environments.
  • Troubleshoot environment-level issues impacting test execution and coordinate rapid resolution with infrastructure teams.
  • Ensure pre-production environments are stable, up-to-date, and representative of production configurations.
  • Architect, design, and document scalable, secure, and cost-optimized GCP infrastructure solutions aligned with enterprise standards.
  • Lead GCP architecture reviews, producing architecture diagrams, ADRs, and technical design documents for infrastructure initiatives.
  • Provision and manage GCP infrastructure using Terraform as the primary IaC tool.
  • Design and implement GCP networking topologies including VPCs, Shared VPCs, VPNs, Cloud Interconnect, DNS, and load balancing configurations.
  • Optimize GCP resource utilization, cost efficiency, and security posture.
  • Implement and enforce cloud governance policies, IAM controls, and network security configurations on GCP.
