About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage and execute technical projects within the assigned squads, end-to-end, with full ownership
  • Drive cross-functional technical initiatives across multiple teams and departments
  • Oversee project timelines and proactively identify/communicate risks and delays
  • Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of technical milestones
  • Identify and mitigate technical risks throughout the project lifecycle
  • Lead technical program reviews and status reporting to senior leadership
  • Manage stakeholder relationships and cross-team dependencies effectively
  • Work closely with Product Development and Engineering teams on feature delivery
  • Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders
  • Lead sprint planning sessions, defining clear acceptance criteria and working with the development team to establish realistic delivery timelines
  • Facilitate daily stand-up meetings to track progress, identify blockers, and ensure team alignment on sprint goals

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Strong TPM experience
  • Ownership of timelines and budget tracking
  • Stakeholder management
  • Project execution end-to-end
  • Experience working with technical teams
  • Understanding technical language and new technologies
  • Strong skills in financial tracking and tools such as Google Sheets.
