Key responsibilities & impact
  • Drive attainment of revenue targets
  • Lead consistency of Go to Market strategies and plans
  • Lead and manage a team of high-performing Principals and Associate Principals
  • Identify target accounts to optimize services and communicate TELUS Digital's capabilities
  • Competently articulate TELUS Digital’s capabilities and technology solutions to C-suite clients
  • Collaborate with Solutions Architects to craft executive-level proposals and pitches
  • Cultivate and extend existing C-level relationships with clients
  • Partner with delivery leadership to respond to opportunities and team-sell through RFPs
  • Advise internal teams on industry and vendor trends
  • Travel as needed to build and maintain client relationships, up to 25% for client visits

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Extensive digital consulting experience in a top-tier professional services or consulting firm
  • Deep understanding of enterprise buying cycles, stakeholder landscapes, and value articulation
  • Deep industry knowledge or prior practice leadership experience in key areas such as Retail and Consumer, Travel and Hospitality, Telcom and Media, Energy, Utilities, Manufacturing, or Banking and Fintech
  • Proven ability to lead and scale business development teams
  • Demonstrated success in growth strategy, account expansion, and go-to-market motions across multiple industries or service lines
  • Strong commercial instincts with the ability to identify whitespace opportunities and convert market insight into revenue growth
  • Ability to diagnose complex client business challenges and frame high-value consulting opportunities
  • Experience in structuring large consulting pursuits
  • Strong problem-structuring capability with the ability to translate ambiguous client problems into clear strategic questions
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the executive presence required to engage C-suite stakeholders
