About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Contribute to market research, including identifying market potential and finding opportunities for growth.
- Generate sales with new clients through cold calling and networking.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing customers through daily contact, presentations, and frequent visits.
- Prepare commercial offers and ensure contracts to achieve assigned sales goals.
- Attend exhibitions/meetings to represent Teltonika and telematics products with solutions.
- Building and maintaining a CRM database.
- Collaborate with the technical support department and product specialists to address customer requirements.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven experience in a sales or business development role, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Native or fluent Polish language skills, with strong commandof English, both spoken and written.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and active listening skills.
- Results-driven, organized, with the ability to thrive in a target-oriented environment.
- Strong presentation skills and confidence in communicating with stakeholders at all levels.
- Valid Polish driving license and willingness to travel for customer and internal meetings and events.
