About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Drive net-new business development across targeted verticals including hospitality, education, healthcare, retail, and multi-site branch environments.
- Reach out to new potential clients through cold calling, email, and LinkedIn communication
- Generate new leads through proactive prospecting and CRM management
- Prepare commercial offers and ensure contracts are signed to achieve assigned sales goals
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers through frequent communication and visits
- Represent Teltonika at exhibitions, conferences, and client meetings
- Collaborate with product specialists and technical teams to deliver tailored solutions
Requirements
What you’ll need- Professional English language skills (spoken and written)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B IoT hardware or industrial networking sales
- Assertive, results-driven sales professional with a hunter mindset and proven experience in lead generation and cold calling
- Independent and self-driven, with the ability to manage sales activities autonomously across long sales cycles.
- Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce or Zoho
