About the role
- Lead, train, motivate and maintain your own sales team representing Teltonika Networks
- Execute strategic plans to reach sales targets and expand the customer base
- Direct and manage the performance and development of your team
- Actively participate in hiring processes of new members to the team
- Provide training and counseling for individual team members to ensure targets are met
- Be taking on the role as a playing coach in all sales processes until your sales team will be strong enough to play independently
- Maintain internal systems and ensure that all sales specialists fill the systems correctly
- Contribute to market research, including identifying market potential and finding opportunities for growth
- Ensure order tracking and correction
- Coordinate technical inquiries and logistics process
Requirements
- 2+ years of sales leadership experience selling a hardware product
- Proven track record of sales achievements (B2B)
- Experience in building and motivating sales team
- Results focused, organized with good communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to analyze information, and make decisions independently
- Training: onboarding on Teltonika‘s internal systems, Sales process, product related topics
