About the role
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and new business opportunities
- Prospect and qualify leads through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
- Understand customer needs and identify the best networking solutions in partnership with the Sales Consultants
- Schedule qualified meetings and hand over opportunities to the sales team
- Maintain and update all interactions and pipeline information in the CRM system
- Support the sales team with basic commercial information and pre-sales coordination
- Participate in events, exhibitions, and meetings to represent Teltonika and its Networks solutions
Requirements
- Fluent Portuguese (spoken and written)
- Intermediate English (B1+) is a strong plus
- Previous experience in SDR, Inside Sales, or B2B sales (Junior or Pleno level)
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales processes
- Interest in technology and networking products (routers, connectivity, IoT, industrial solutions)
- Good communication skills and ability to build rapport with customers
- Organized, goal-oriented, and resilient profile
- Motivation to grow in B2B sales and develop a long-term career in technology sales
