About the role

  • Conduct market research to identify potential customers and new business opportunities
  • Prospect and qualify leads through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
  • Understand customer needs and identify the best networking solutions in partnership with the Sales Consultants
  • Schedule qualified meetings and hand over opportunities to the sales team
  • Maintain and update all interactions and pipeline information in the CRM system
  • Support the sales team with basic commercial information and pre-sales coordination
  • Participate in events, exhibitions, and meetings to represent Teltonika and its Networks solutions

Requirements

  • Fluent Portuguese (spoken and written)
  • Intermediate English (B1+) is a strong plus
  • Previous experience in SDR, Inside Sales, or B2B sales (Junior or Pleno level)
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales processes
  • Interest in technology and networking products (routers, connectivity, IoT, industrial solutions)
  • Good communication skills and ability to build rapport with customers
  • Organized, goal-oriented, and resilient profile
  • Motivation to grow in B2B sales and develop a long-term career in technology sales
